RBE rotary
A pressure balanced externally mounted single seal.
Used in chemical applications where metal parts cannot be in contact with the product.

A cartridge mounted stationary seal for use where mis-alignment is a problem.
Has proven highly successful on large split case pumps used in the water supply industry.

RBC BEARING SUPPORT
The RB single bearing support seal is a single cartridge mechanical seal. With balanced seal faces and an integral bearing. Originally designed for use on mixers with long shafts and shafts with deflection problems. However, we have also had great success on pumps to control shaft whip, which would otherwise damage conventional seal types.

RBCD BEARING SUPPORT
The RB Double Bearing support seal is a double cartridge mechanical seal, with balanced seal faces and an integral bearing. Designed for use on mixers with long shafts and shafts with deflection problems.
Primarily used on agitators which require sterilisation or control of hazardous products.
The support bearing controls shaft whip and greatly improves seal life.

RBC SPLIT SEAL
A RB SPLIT SEAL ideal for those difficult to reach applications.
The RB SPLIT SEAL has been developed after extensive research and customer feedback to increase the ease that the seal can be fitted correctly. With many seals seeing years of service life. The RB SPLIT SEAL removes the need to remove or strip equipment for seal replacement.
The most important single objective was to design a split seal that was easy to install. This was achieved by having the smallest possible number of parts to assemble.
The entire seal assembly comprises of only two ‘O’ rings, two rotary halves, two stationary halves and two drive ring halves. The only other parts are springs, socket set screws.
